INELEF begins from the entrepreneurial vision of its main business associate, Sergio Omar Frias Mancinas, who since the year 1995 started as a contractor of different enterprises, mainly ABITAT.
By the year 2009, due to the acquired experience and the obtained outcomes, INELEF is founded; establishing its headquarters in the City of Cancun, Quintana Roo, performing dozens of projects such as hotels, airports, residences, and commercial buildings in said state, now supplying equipment and labor force.
By the year 2014, an office is opened in Chihuahua; extending the company’s specialization into the industrial sector. Currently and to provide better customer service, there has been strengthening in the mechanical and special systems departments to expand our capacity in the market.
